This policy applies to all Kids and Women Products purchased through the Ladobachghar Kids Fun Zone & Party website.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Eligibility Window: You may request a return or exchange for an eligible product within 7 days of the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and must have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email) is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

    • Innerwear/Undergarments.

    • Swimwear.

    • Socks and Tights.

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the product back.

  3. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., received a damaged or incorrect item).

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the stock. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

4. Refunds for Products

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

3. General Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds for services will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 working days of the approval date.

  • Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account is also dependent on your bank's processing time.
