By accessing or using the website for Ladobachghar Kids Fun Zone, located in Kalwa ("the Fun Zone," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the website or use our services.

Ladobachghar Kids Fun Zone offers the following services and products through this website:

• Booking of Play Slots (timed entry tickets).

• Purchase of Membership Plans.

• Sale of Kids and Women Products (e-commerce).

3. Play Slot Bookings and Entry

• Booking Confirmation: Play slots are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/message.

• Time Limits: All play slots are for a specified duration. Overstaying the allotted time may incur additional charges.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Policies for cancellation, refunds, or rescheduling of play slots will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Generally, refunds may not be available for no-shows.

• Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (aged 18 or above) at all times while at the Fun Zone. Ladobachghar Kids Fun Zone is not a childcare facility.

4. Membership Plans

• Validity: Membership plans are valid for the specified period (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 1 year) and are non-transferable.

• Benefits: Benefits included in the membership will be detailed on the membership sign-up page.

• Renewal: Memberships will not automatically renew unless a specific auto-renewal option is selected and agreed upon by the member.

• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a membership without refund if the member or the children under their supervision violate the Fun Zone's rules or these Terms.

5. E-commerce: Kids and Women Products

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

• Shipping & Delivery: Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be detailed at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Returns and Refunds: Our specific return and refund policy for physical goods will be clearly linked on the product pages and at checkout. Generally, returns must be initiated within a specified number of days (e.g., 7 days) and products must be in their original condition.
